In 2025, the Groupe Delachaux continues the rollout of its WE – Our Worldwide Engagement program, embedding its CSR commitments into tangible results.
The lost-time injury rate remains stable, reflecting a constant focus on safety at the heart of operations. At the same time, the actions undertaken on environmental matters are delivering results, with a 7% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions across scopes 1, 2, and 3.
Ethics remains a fundamental pillar of our operations : in 2025, 245 employees from the commercial function were trained on anti-corruption measures, strengthening risk management and ensuring the application of Group standards in their daily activities.
This commitment also relies on the mobilization of our teams : with a 90% participation rate in the internal We Share survey, conducted among 1,609 employees, of whom 52% report being very satisfied, these results demonstrate a high level of engagement and a strong focus on leadership development within the Group.
Finally, our contribution to communities is reflected in locally rooted solidarity initiatives. In 2025, the endowment fund notably supported two projects in France.
The year also marks a key milestone with the completion of double materiality assessments across all businesses, further strengthening the integration of CSR issues into our strategy.
