Delachaux Group has entered into an agreement with the Dutch company Goudsmit Magnetics for the sale of Lenoir-MEC, a specialist in magnetic solutions for separation and lifting applications.
Based in France and in Italy, Lenoir-MEC is a recognized expert in magnetic technologies for metal recycling applications, particularly serving waste treatment centers and the mining industry, as well as lifting equipment for handling steel products. The company operates mainly in the French and Italian markets but also has a significant presence in several specialized international markets. In 2025, Lenoir-MEC generated revenue of €15 million and employed 52 people.
As part of Delachaux Group, Lenoir-MEC has strengthened its expertise and consolidated its position in its historical markets. The company has grown by offering innovative technical solutions, designing new equipment, and providing high-quality after-sales service in close proximity to its customers.
This divestment is in line with Delachaux Group's strategy to focus its resources on the development of its three core businesses, which are global leaders in their respective markets: Pandrol, Conductix-Wampfler and DCX Chrome.
