End of November, the Board Members of the Groupe Delachaux visited our Pandrol site in Worksop, at the heart of our UK operations.
Over the course of two days, they met with our teams and explored in detail Pandrol product lines, key innovations, and the strategic projects shaping Pandrol’s future.
The agenda included a tour of our production facilities, insights into the development of new processes, as well as visits to our labs and meaningful discussions with the teams involved.
These visits reflect the Group’s commitment to maintaining a strong and direct connection of the board members with our teams in the field. They provide a valuable opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of operational realities, observe progress, and support the innovation momentum driving our sites forward.
