This week, the leadership team of Conductix-Wampfler had the pleasure of welcoming the Board of Directors of the Groupe Delachaux to Weil am Rhein.
The directors had the opportunity to discuss several strategic projects shaping Conductix-Wampfler’s technological development, particularly advancements in battery systems and initiatives related to artificial intelligence.
These two days also provided an opportunity to address the company’s transformation efforts, with the aim of sustainably improving the customer experience. A tour of the workshops and teams also illustrated these efforts, notably through lean manufacturing initiatives enhancing operational efficiency.
These moments of exchange reflect the Groupe Delachaux commitment to maintaining a direct and regular connection between board members and operational teams. They help foster a better understanding of on-the-ground realities, highlight tangible progress, and support the innovation-driven momentum across our sites.
