After 12 years of service and dedication within the group, as a director at Delachaux Group’s Board, Mr. Jean-Marie FULCONIS has decided to pursue new horizons.

During Jean-Marie Fulconis’s 3 terms as a director, the group experienced significant milestones such as the IPO in 2012 and several changes in ownership,” said Stéphane Delachaux, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delachaux Group.

With his experience in financial, tax, and wealth engineering, as well as his additional responsibilities as CFO and member of various boards of directors, Mr. Christian FRANCOIS will bring valuable perspective and expertise to support the development of the Delachaux group.
