The Delachaux Group is pleased to announce the release of its 2024 Sustainability Report (Non-Financial Performance Statement). This document marks an important milestone in transparently sharing the progress made on the Group’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitments. The Delachaux Group firmly believes that its long-term success depends on its ability to operate responsibly.

Structured around the five pillars of its WE – Worldwide Engagement program, the report highlights the Group’s progress in the following areas:

Safety

Since 2018, the Group has reduced its lost-time injury frequency rate by 77%, demonstrating our continuous efforts in prevention and in strengthening its safety culture across teams. In 2024, the Group set a new workplace safety record with a frequency rate of 3.0. Its target is to reach 2.0 by 2028.

Environment

Since 2019, the Group has reduced its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by -16.4% across scopes 1 and 2, despite a 25% increase in revenue over the same period. In 2023, it also renewed, for the second consecutive year, the calculation of its scope 3 emissions, expanding the coverage and improving data accuracy. The Group continues its efforts to meet its 2030 targets across all three scopes, in alignment with the Paris Agreement and the methodology developed by “the Science-Based Targets initiative”.

Ethics

In 2024, 2,426 employees completed training sessions reinforcing the Group’s Code of Ethics. No cases of corruption were identified within the Group, and no Delachaux Group entities were sanctioned for corruption. Ethics remain at the core of its practices, guiding responsible and compliant business conduct.

Leadership

The internal engagement survey, WEshare, achieved an 89% participation rate, with 3,431 employees taking part. Furthermore, the percentage of employees reporting being very satisfied with working at the Group continued to rise, reaching 56%, reflecting strong and growing employee engagement.

Community

The Delachaux Solidarity Endowment Fund continues to grow, supporting several projects in 2023, notably in Brazil, Austria, and France. In France, many of our industrial sites have launched new partnerships with the “École de la Deuxième Chance” (Second Chance School), strengthening local social impact by promoting the professional integration of young people.

Governance

CSR governance at the Delachaux Group is built on close coordination between the Executive Committee, the CSR Department, and the Board of Directors through the Strategic and CSR Committee. This structure enables us to define priorities, monitor key indicators, and validate the non-financial report each year. Operational committees and local representatives ensure the implementation of actions on the ground, aligned with the specific challenges of each business. A Group-wide CSR procedure frames this entire governance approach.

Once again this year, the Group worked closely with a broad range of stakeholders to produce a report that reflects its commitment to act with transparency, consistency, and impact. This report stands as a testament to the Group’s deep commitment to build a more sustainable future.
