RAS, founded in 2003, specializes in third rail coextrusions. Conductix-Wampfler, another company in the Delachaux Group, will progressively take over the development of the \u00ab\u00a0Rigid category product\u00a0\u00bb by leveraging the expertise and know-how of their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Strategic transfer for enhanced growth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conductix-Wampfler will thus strengthen its position in the transit markets, where it has developed a recognized presence in third rail technology in North America and in monorails globally for over 50 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0We are pleased to announce the expansion of our electrification solutions for the railway public transit market by offering our range of third rail products, Stinger systems, and PRIAS diagnostic solutions on a global scale, and by expanding our portfolio with rigid category products,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;commented Fran\u00e7ois Bern\u00e8s, Managing Director of Conductix-Wampfler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Towards a new phase of development for Pandrol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This transfer is part of the \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pandrol On-Track 2028<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb strategy, aimed at focusing the company&rsquo;s activities on its core segments: fastening systems, aluminothermic welding solutions, signalling equipment, and resilient and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0The implementation of this new strategy has already begun to generate significant and profitable growth for the company.
